Client Support / Customer Service
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will act as a central hub for the company and perform a wide range of duties including.....
* Address customer queries and liaise with the appropriate departments to provide a response in a timely manner.
* Maintain and develop the Goldmine Database.
* Maintain an effective and accurate Office paper filing system.
* Produce e-mail newsletter
* General upkeep of website content (training can be provided)
* Create Agendas and Minutes for Meetings
* Maintain office supplies enabling it to operate effectively and efficiently.
The successful applicant will have a high level of IT experience, strong interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone manner, good eye for detail and layout, full driving license.
Salary
Dependant on experience.
